Waterlovers Beach Resort - Diani Beach

The staff were attentive and friendly. The villa was spacious, perfect for our group of eight, and the beach was just steps away, offering amazing views and relaxation spots.

While the stay was mostly enjoyable, the functionality of the kitchen in the villa could have been better, made meal prep a bit challenging for us.

it's wonderful small hotel with service-oriented personnel in such a warm and lovely manner. the michelin star rated restaurant for breakfast and dinner is what you need.

Place was wonderful small and absolutely fantastic, loved the stay.

The room was beautiful and modern with a pleasant view of the beach. The bathroom was large, included hair dryers, a bidet, and bathrobes. The service was excellent, including exceptionally nice breakfasts and a well-maintained pool.

Absoluteley disappointing! I had to ask for extra beds in my room because the layout is so open. And don't get me started on the kitchen, not functional at all! I almost gave a good review until nobody offered me a complimentary gesture for all my troubles. Just not the luxury experience I expected, really.

We were really uncomfortable with the lack of security in the villa. The open layout caused us to worry about our kids and possible intruders. We found the kitchen to be not fully functional, which complicated our meal preparations.

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

The beach view from my suite was unparalleled the dining staff made every meal special. The attentive service from Abdhalla at the bar added a warm touch to my experience.

The pool cleanliness needed improvement while relaxing near the swim-up area ants swarmed around even in the room.

The beach view from my One-Bedroom Suite was amazing. The dining staff were attentive. Abdhalla at the bar offered really good service. Relaxing by the well-maintained pool was a highlight of my stay.

The cleanliness of my room did not meet my expectations.

Waterlovers sits right on the beach. The Elephant cottage had beautiful decor with hand-carved items. I appreciated the little details, like the beach baskets for carrying essentials. Staff were friendly, especially Anthony and Siassi in the dining room who made meals enjoyable. The food itself was tasty, although an additional daily dish would enhance variety. I faced a significant issue with invasive insects. Ants swarmed my room and the breakfast buffet, a problem quickly addressed at other resorts. Housekeeping reassured me daily, but the issue persisted. On the downside, some of my swimwear came away stained after resting by the pool, which still seemed like it needed a deep clean. Beautiful location and caring staff, but severe insect issues and pool cleanliness can't be overlooked.

The laid-back atmosphere, combined with artistic decor with beautiful hand-carved items. Those charming turtle-shaped pool and the inviting swing seats added a whimsical touch that brightened my days.

Waterlovers beach resort is pure bliss! The location is right on the beach, feels like paradise. The staff are super friendly, especially abdhalla at the bar who makes u feel at home. The rooms are comfy and decorated with lovely hand-crafted stuff. Dining by the beach is an experience u can't miss!

A Magical Stay with Fine Views

I had an very nice time at this intimate resort with amazing ocean views from my balcony. The room was charming and beautifully decorated. I particularly enjoyed the unique dishes at dinner, especially those with Indian spices that satisfied my palate. The beach sellers can be a bit persistent, so be prepared to say no graciously.

The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, near outside activities and restaurants and Kenya and wonderful beach. the location was incredible - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. - Every member of staff was extremely friendly and excellent.
